What is the return policy of FitWise?
You can return your order within 15 days from the date of delivery. The product should be unused and should be in an undamaged condition. If you have placed an order by card, then you will get the refund within 5-7 business days. And if the mode of payment is Cash on Delivery or from any other payment application then the money will be refunded in your FitWise account.
We do not take any obligation regarding the taste of the products of different brands.. Any concern related to this can be raised to the brand itself.
What should I do in case I receive damaged product, wrong product or incomplete order?
In case you receive incorrect order, damaged or incomplete order as per the ordered quantity, then you can send the photo of the outer packaging and the image of the order to email@example.com within 15 days from the date of delivery. And a reverse pick up can be arranged for the product and either your amount will be refunded or we will send you a different product in exchange.
Is there a category- specific policy for returns?
A. Nutrition: Products should be received in original packaging and they should be sealed. For issues like rashes, upset stomach, headache, etc., the product return/replacement would not be applicable. In case of such health related issues, consulting a doctor is advisable.
B. The following shall not be eligible for return and replacement.
- Any product which has been consumed
- Products without the invoice copy
Any damaged product will not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

You can write to firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a return and pick up or you can contact us on 9717854545 from Monday to Saturday (11 am to 7 pm).
